Newsletter
  1. Have a member of the committee create and copy newsletters prior to Family Week.
  2. A good location to distribute the newsletter is a waiting area where families have time to pick up and read information such as medical and dental offices.
  3. Have the committee (with the help of another service group, if possible) distribute the newsletter to local doctors and dentists to see if they would be willing to place the newsletter in their waiting areas during Family Week.

  3. Include information about upcoming activities in community calendars.
  4. Invite newspaper reporter/staff to Family Week meeting.
